  3. 200 grams sugar

  1. Prior to starting leave the butter outside of the fridge so it can get soft on room temperature. Preheat an oven to 150°C
  2. Put the butter in a large bowl with the flour and sugar. Beat the egg and add half of it to the mix, leave the other half for later. Knead the mix into a supple dough. Make certain that it's smooth and don't knead too long. It's done when it no longer sticks to the side.
  3. Pour the mix into a 25 cm baking tray and spread it out. Now take the rest of the egg and put it as a layer on top. Take the blunt side of fork or knife and draw a diamond shape on it, do it has the traditional shape. Put it into the oven for 30-35 minutes on 150°C.
