  7. 1 cup granulated sugar
  8. 1/4 cup canola oil
  9. 1 large egg
  10. 1/2 cup cold coffee. instant or brewed
  11. 1/2 cup buttermilk
  12. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  14. 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  15. 2 large egg whites
  16. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  17. 1/2 tsp salt
  18. 1 cup granulated sugar
  19. 8 tbsp unsalted butter. at room temperature
  20. 3/4 cup milk
  21. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  23. 1 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  24. 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
  25. 1/4 tsp salt
  26. 1 cup granulated sugar
  27. 1 1/2 oz strawberry jello powder, 1/2 of a 3 ounce box
  28. 8 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature
  29. 2 large eggs
  30. 1/2 cup milk
  31. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  32. 1/4 cup dtrawberry puree from hulling and slicing about 1/2 pint fresh strawberry and blending until smooth

Steps to make Neapolitan Layer Cake

  2. For all three cakes, preheat oven to 350. Spray 6 – 8 inch cake pans with baking spray
  4. In a bowl whisk flour. Cocoa powder, baking sofa, baking powder and salt
  5. In a large bowl best sugar oil and egg until combined add 1/2 of flour mixture and stir until just combined
  6. Add coffee, buttermilk and vanilla. Then add remaing flour mixture and beat just until smooth
  7. Divide between 2 of the prepared cake pans and bake about 15 to 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out just clean Cool 20inutes in pan before removing to cool completely
  9. In a bowl whisk together flour ,baking powder and salt
  10. In a large bowl beat egg whites until stiff peaks form
  11. In another large bowl beat butter and sugar,until light and fluffy. Beat in half the flour mixture, stir in milk, and vanilla, add remaining flour mixture and stir just until blended
  12. Fold 1/3 of egg whites into batter, then add remaining folding in 2 more additions. Pour into 2 prepared pans and bake 12 to 19 minutes until a toothpick just comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan before removing from pans to cool completely
  14. In a bowl whisk together, flour, baling powder and salt
  15. In a large bowl beat sugar, jello powder and butter until light , beat in eggs one at a time until smooth
  16. Alternate flour mixture with milk and vanilla stirring just until combined, fold in strawberry puree until uniform in color. Pour into remain in 2 pans. Bake 18 to 25 MI utes u til a toothpick comes out jut clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan the cool completely
  18. Place 1 chocolate layer bottom side up on serving plate
  19. Frost with layer of White chocolate ganache frosting, recipe attached belownn
  20. Add 1 layer of vanilla cake, bottom side up and frost with Chocolate Ganache frosting, recipe attached belownn
  21. Add 1 layer of strawberry cake, bottom side up and frost with White chocolate ganache frosting
  22. Add last vanilla layer, bottom side up and frost with Chocolate Ganache
  23. Add last chocolate layer and frost with chocolate ganache
  24. Add last white layer top side up and frost entire cake with White chocolate ganache
  25. Garnish with fresh strawberrys and sprinkles
